Dailycid label hits double figures in real style with a new Various Artists EP that draws together four fantastic talents for four fantastic new tracks, carefully selected by the label.
Litmus opens things with the excellent ‘All Clear Baby’, a brisk house track with spanking hits and brain numbing sub bass down low. Trippy effects and synth droplets make it a dynamic and characterful tune that keeps you on your toes. Basic Human Tastes’s ‘Tunnel’ is a silky seven minute deep house trip with swirling pads and kinetic drum programming making it work on both body and soul.
Rigzz & Saenz – ‘Those And Those’ is a minimal house track with stripped back rubbery drums and watery synths that sink you into a state of hypnosis and keep you there. Last of all, Nekow’s ‘Mimas’ is another deep and dubby masterclass with liquid chords and vocal snippets that are cool and classy.
